Customer shall be deemed to have approved of the goods on delivery and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the company after the goods have left the company premises. |

The company will bear the responsibility to repair the buttons and zips if the damage is cost by its mistake, but no cash refund will be given. |

The liability of the company in respect of the loss of or damage to the goods entrusted to the company for cleaning is 50-70% of the amount of the goods as compensation while shall in no case exceed $1000. |

The company shall not be responsible for any damage of goods caused before washing, and the company will contact the customer within 24 hours. |

The company shall remove the stains but it does not guarantee to remove every stain. (This should not be a reason for charging any liability) |

All elastic fabric materials may shrunk a bit after washing due to its own property. This is natural phenomenon. |

The company shall not be responsible if the goods are shrunk, faded, discolored, or in any way damaged by reason or arising out of ant defect or bad quality of the goods or of the goods being worn out by usage. |

The company shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to the goods caused by moth or any insects or arising from the Acts of gods, civil commotion, war, fire or any accident whatsoever. |

The company shall not be responsible for any valuations or other articles left in any pockets of the clothes entrusted to the company for cleaning etc. |
