A . According to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all registers¡¦ personal date is only used for company internal administration.

Q . How many days is the service needed to book before service day?

A . Customers must book the service 1 working days before service day.

Q . How many days are needed to report to company if consumers intend to cancel the service?

A . For service cancellation, at least 1 working days before the service day are needed, otherwise company reserve the rights to charge all service fee.

Q . How to handle costly property?

A . Consumers should report to company and police immediately when loss has occurred. Company is not with responsibility will any loss.

Q . Does the service package has validity period?

A . All service packages have to be used within the validity period.It will be cancelled after the period.

Q . Do consumers has right to exchange domestic helper?

A . Consumers have right to exchange company domestic helper, but no cash refund.

Q . Can consumer employ the company domestic help directly?

A . No, Consumers cannot employ the company domestic helper directly.

Q . How to handle if any property is destroyed by domestic helper within service period?

A . Company is not be with responsibility for all destroyed property caused accidentally by domestic helper within service period.

Q . Will domestic helper finish dangerous job?

A . Consumers are needed to provide safety environment. Domestic helpers have rights to reject the job which may cause personal damage.

Q . Do consumers need to provide cleaning tools and accessory?

A . Yes, Excluding glove and apron, consumer need to provide cleaning tools and accessory.

Q . What are the service hours of experienced helper?

A . Helper may based on customer's expectations and needs to provide 4-5, 8-9 hours or home staying services. And, this duration of service hours will be printed on the contract.

Q . Will helper cooks Pork Knuckle in Ginger and Vinegar for customer?

A . The service of cooking Pork Knuckle in Ginger and Vinegar is not included in the helper's salary. If customers want to receive this service, please contact the booked helper to discuss the price directly. Since cooking Pork Knuckle in Ginger and Vinegar is time demanding, customer is recommended to notice the helper one month before enjoying this service.

Q . Is there a fixed service duration for the cleaning up service?

A . No, this is a task-based service without setting any time frame.

Q . Will the helpers provide the cleaners and corresponding equipement?

A . We provide the cleaners (including: Blue Swipe Cleaner, Hydrochloric Acid, Thinner, Turpentine and Cleaning Chloride Liquid) and corresponding equipments (including vacuum cleaner) that are commonly used. Customers may need to provide additional cleaners if the above list cannot fulfill their needs. (Please be aware that Turpentine will only be used under customers’ authorization.)
