Every service should require not less than two helpers, more helpers may be needed depends on the size of the flat.

The number of helpers required cannot be adjusted by customers.

It is a task-based service, no time limit will be set.

We provide the cleaners (including: Blue Swipe Cleaner, Hydrochloric Acid, Thinner, Turpentine and Cleaning Chloride Liquid) and corresponding equipments (including vacuum cleaner) that are commonly used. Customers may need to provide additional cleaners if the above list cannot fulfill their needs. (Please be aware that Turpentine will only be used under customers”¦ authorization.)

All windows will be cleaned. Doors, iron gates and floor; kitchen and washroom floor and wall brick; refrigerator(Out), aspirator, range hood, lavatory and tub etc. will also be cleaned.
** crystal pendant lamp cleaning will not be cleaned unless customers detach the lamp by themselves; meanwhile, only surface dust will be removed.
** aspirator and range hood will only be cleaned if it is easy detachable or detached by customers.
** wardrobes (in and out) cleaning service will only be conducted under customers' request.

For air-conditioner, only housing and air filter will be cleaned.

For ceiling and wall (including wallpaper), helpers will only use dry cloth for cleaning without using any cleaner nor water.

Helpers are only responsible for cleaning marginal amount of stain on the floor.

If the actual environment of the flat is different from the environment mentioned during the phone booking, our staffs have the obligation to revise the price of the service.

If the upholstery service is still processing or if it affects our on-site empty house cleaning, we reserve the right to charge $200 for administration fee.

For service booking, customers should contact our company before two working days.

For the service cancellation, customers should contact our company at least one working day before. Otherwise, our company can refuse to cancel the booking.

If customers break the appointment on the working day, HK$200 will be charged as compensation.

Upon announcement of typhoon signal No.8 or above or black rainstorm signal, all bookings will be cancelled. Customers should contact our company to rearrange bookings.

If customers cannot arrange enough time for our helpers to complete their job on each time by customers”¦ personal matters, our company would not compensate for the loss or the rest of the hours.

Customers should not contact our helpers directly if he/she has any queries or special request. For any queries or sudden requirement, please contact our company for arrangement. We are pleased to do your favor.

Customers have the obligation to check if our services are satisfied or not. Customers are recommended to give immediate comment to our helpers in order to fulfill their expectations. Our company will not bear any responsibility if customers have any additional request on the services after our helpers leave the flat.

Our company reserves the right to vary, delete, modify or add to the terms and conditions from time to time and such variation and/or addition shall become effective when published or displayed or notified to the customer in any manner as the company shall think appropriate, irrespective of whether the customer has actual notice or knowledge thereof.
