The service charge in Mid-levels West

  1. One hour transportation time is counted inside the household service hours for apartments in this district, and the minimum household service hours should not less than 4 hours.
  2. If customers want to enjoy 5 household service hours (no suitable package plan), then HK$60 transportation time compensation would be charged.??
  3. Customers joined before 20th November, 2007 can enjoy charge exemption, if customers joined new plan within 30 days (counted from the last recorded service day).

Upholstery Cleaning/ Empty House Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions

Service Details:

  1. Every service should require not less than two helpers, more helpers may be needed depends on the size of the flat.

  2. The number of helpers required cannot be adjusted by customers.

  3. It is a task-based service, no time limit will be set.

  4. We provide the cleaners (including: Blue Swipe Cleaner, Hydrochloric Acid, Thinner, Turpentine and Cleaning Chloride Liquid) and corresponding equipments (including vacuum cleaner) that are commonly used. Customers may need to provide additional cleaners if the above list cannot fulfill their needs. (Please be aware that Turpentine will only be used under customersˇ¦ authorization.)

  5. ?All windows and wardrobes (in and out) will be cleaned. Doors, iron gates and floor; kitchen and washroom floor and wall brick; refrigerator(Out), aspirator, range hood, lavatory and tub etc. will also be cleaned.
    ** crystal pendant lamp cleaning will not be cleaned unless customers detach the lamp by themselves; meanwhile, only surface dust will be removed.
    ** aspirator and range hood will only be cleaned if it is easy detachable or detached by customers.

  6. For air-conditioner, only housing and? air filter will be cleaned.

  7. For ceiling and wall (including wallpaper), helpers will only use dry cloth for cleaning without using any cleaner nor water.

  8. Helpers are only responsible for cleaning marginal amount of stain on the floor.

Payment term:

  1. All services must be paid two days before the booking day.

  2. All services have no cash refund.

  1. Check: Payable to ˇ§Homeasy Services Limitedˇ¨, please give to helper on the booking day or mail the check to ˇ§Rm 1103,Yue Shing Commercial Building,15-16 Queen Victoria Street, Central, Hong Kongˇ¨;

  2. Direct deposit: Bank of China(HK) A/C: 012-357-1-000669-1, ˇ§Homeasy Services Limitedˇ¨; please fax the bank receipt to #2139 3693.

  3. Cash to helper.

Notes to customers:

  1. Customers have the obligation to check if our services are satisfied or not. Customers are recommended to give immediate comment to our helpers in order to fulfill their expectations. Our company will not bear any responsibility if customers have any additional request on the services after our helpers leave the flat.

  2. This is a cleaning service only, renovation should not be included.

Disclaimer:

  • Our company would compensate maximum HK$100 for damage of article of home caused by our helpers.

  • In case of any dispute, Homeasy Services Limited reserves the right of final decision.
